How do I view my account balance and transaction details?
You can view your account balance and transaction details online for free.
  1. Sign in to your prepaid account at https://my.accountnowvisa.com
  2. Click "Check Balances and Transactions"
  3. Fill in your card and PIN number

Can I add someone to my prepaid account?
Yes. You can add an additional card holder to your prepaid account; however, joint accounts are not offered. The added card holder would have full access to your prepaid account.

How do I add or delete a signer to my prepaid account?
For security purposes, contact us by phone so we can verify your information and modify your account.

How do I change the email address an/or phone number on my prepaid account?
Call us and we’ll change it for you.

How can I make sure that someone else can't call and get information on my account?
To prevent someone from calling and accessing information on your account you can setup a password on your account for added protection.
